  • How to search for a home: on the main page we have the search engine so you can locate by date, type of rental and rooms that you need from the list of homes we have. Please, do not forget that we update the properties every 24 hours, so we can have more options that match what you are looking for. Fill out our form, we will send you by email the newly confirmed homes
  • There are agreements with schools to make discounts: we are constantly in contact with the main schools. We currently offer discounts on our fees to students from: IE, EAE, EUDE... Do not hesitate to ask about your school
  • What are the PYR SOLUTIONS fees for the processes: pyr solutions charges a percentage of the rent according to the time of stay
  • How do I know that the property that I like is exactly as it looks on the Internet: each property is visited by one of our agents who takes pictures and checks each detail of the apartment, so that the photos, videos and information are faithful to the flats on our website
  • I have found a flat that I like but I would like to see other options before deciding: once you are on the page of the apartment you like, fill out our form indicating in comments that you would like us to send you similar ones or indicate the code of other flats that you have seen on our website that you liked. You will receive an e-mail with the information shortly
  • I can visit a flat before booking: of course, you can ask for an appointment to visit the flat you liked or those ones that could fit with what you are looking for
  • What do I do if I like a flat from the website and I would like to book it: once you are on the page of the apartment you like, fill out our form indicating in the comments field your interest in it and we will send you the complete information about the booking and the rental
I would like to rent
  • What advantages do I have if I book a flat online: economic savings from your stay in the city where you are going to rent while visiting flats, comfort since you arrive directly from the airport to the apartment in which one of our agents will be waiting for you to make sure your arrival is as expected. You don’t have to worry about the procedures (agreement, basic supplies) PYR SOLUTIONS will make sure everything is ready
  • How do I book a flat: to ensure the apartment you like, you must send us by email your identification document (ID or passport) as well as pay one month of the rent of the chosen flat. Please, send your booking request so that one of our agents can confirm it by providing you with the complete information about the reservation
  • I can change the dates of my booking: depending on the circumstances it is possible to modify them. The change will always be subject to acceptance by the owner and may affect the initial economic conditions influenced by seasonal periods, the period of notification of the request ...
  • My documentation is necessary to book: it is indispensable for the correct compliance with Spanish laws and necessary to prepare the rental agreement for the flat
  • My company will make the payments, I can book in its name: in this case, we will need your company information in addition to your documentation
  • If I cancel my booking, I can recover it: the refund will be made only and exclusively if the flat in which the booking is canceled is rented, deducting from it (if applicable) the days in which the apartment has been without renting. The minimum penalty is one week
  • What happens if I arrive and I don't like the flat: it is important that in the search for the right flat you make sure that the photos and the characteristics adapt to what you want. Unfortunately, unless there is a maintenance problem impossible to solve, we will not be able to change your booking
  • How will I access my flat on the day of arrival: a pyr solutions agent will wait for you to check-in. He will have all the required documentation, you do not have to bring it
  • What do I have to bring the day of the check-in: in communications with our agents you will have received the information of the amounts to be paid on the booking and upon arrival. Unless the payment of the day of arrival has been made by transfer, the amount must be paid in cash
  • What time can I check-in: the time is agreed at least 48 hours in advance. It is important for you to know that off the clock check-ins will have a surcharge, our agents inform in advance about it
  • I will have to sign some documents: the rental agreement, even if it had been signed in advance, we need the original to be signed upon arrival
  • I have a pet, I can bring it: not all the owners allow pets in their flats, so it is essential that you consult us at the time of requesting an apartment, since in the agreements we specify this point and we would not like your pet can’t be with you once the flat is rented
I have booked a flat

If I see a problem when I arrive: our agent will be there the day of your arrival to check the flat with you and answer any questions regarding it

Parties can be held: our guests are kindly requested to respect rules of coexistence. In Spain, noise rules are regulated by law, not allowing order alteration after 24:00 hours

I can receive visitors: when you rent an apartment it becomes your home, for that reason you can invite your friends to visit you

How many sets of keys I will have: on the day of check-in, the pyr solutions’ agent will provide you with two sets of keys

  • Which services I have included in the rent: this information is reflected in the information sheet of the flat. Any other question that does not appear, do not hesitate to consult us, we will be delighted to answer your questions
  • It has a cleaning service: a deep cleaning is done before the new tenant arrives. If you would like to have cleaning service during your stay, we will provide the contact of our service so you can enjoy your stay
  • I will have a contact person during my stay: you will have our agents available in the most agile and efficient way
  • Who will be there during check-out: our agent will be there to check the flat in all properties managed by us. In the rest of them, it will be agreed with the owner on the day of check-in
  • What time I have to check out: the time will be agreed at least 48 hours in advance. It is important that you know that check-outs made off the clock will have a surcharge. Our agent will have previously informed you about it
  • I recover my deposit on the day of departure: please note that a flat inspection must be carried out in detail and wait for the last bills to arrive (they will be deducted from the deposit). The deposit will be returned in euros within a maximum period of one month. Bank charges will be cover by the recipient
